Course Shake Prep Time 5 minutes Cook Time 0 minutes Passive Time 1 minute Servings person INGREDIENTS 1/2 apple roughly chopped 3-4 tablespoons blueberries frozen or fresh almond milk 1 dash tumeric or ginger stevia to taste 1/4-1/2 cup oatmeal less oatmeal for a thinner version 1 scope protein powder INSTRUCTIONS Add all of the fruit to your blender first.
